WhatsApp messages, conversation history, and associated media stored on our platform.
Customer contact lists and related CRM information.
WhatsApp Business Account identifiers and integration details.
Message delivery records, timestamps, and webhook logs.

A deletion request submitted to ScalorX applies to data under our control. Data maintained independently by Meta or other third parties is subject to their respective policies and procedures. ScalorX cannot guarantee deletion from systems that it does not control.
Businesses using ScalorX are responsible for handling customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their own privacy notices.
7. Disconnection and Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their ScalorX account, disconnection of their WhatsApp Business integration, or deletion of eligible personal data.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp Business Account does not necessarily delete all data previously stored by ScalorX. A separate deletion request may be required.
